How do I place an order?
Send an e-mail to make a reservation for the ites you want. Include youre name, date of arrival and departure and place where you´ll be staying.

How many days in advance should I place my order?
Within 48 hs, we will contact you to confirm your reservation and make arrangements for the place and time of delivery of your selected items. Items can only be delivered upon the signature of the Rental Terms and Conditions. If youre arrival is scheduled in less than 48 hs. we will make our best effort to accomodate you. Extra fees might apply.

What forms of payments do you accept?
We only accept cash and payment is due in full at the time of delivery. The client agrees to pay a refundable security deposit (please refer to Tems and Conditions for details). Bebeba reserves the right to withold any amount in order to replace or repair rental item(s) that becomes damaged or stolen during the client´s rental period.

How is my rental period calculated?
Rental periods are calculated on a daily basis, not hourly, not nightly. For example, if you want an item delivered on a Monday and want it picked up on a Tuesday, that equeals 2 days. An example of weekly rate would be from Tuesday to Monday, NOT Tuesday to Tuesday.

Is there a minimum rental period?
No, but there is a minimum rental order of US$ 50 which does not include delivery fees (US$20).

What is the condition of your equipment?
All items are thoroughly cleaned after each rental and again inspected prior to each rental contract. Equipment is replaced regularly to keep our inventory fresh.

Do you accept custom orders?
Yes, we will be happy to accommodate you if your desired item is not on our list. Please contact us to arrange the details.

Do you deliver outside Buenos Aires?
For now, our services are only available Buenos Aires City and adjacent neighborhoods. Please contact us for more details.
